Hi, I’m Rachel!

As a millennial mom myself, I know the importance of having someone real in your corner. I show up as my authentic self in each session because I believe that our relationship is the biggest factor in making therapy truly work. You can count on me to celebrate your wins and hold space for those tougher moments. With trust and respect at the heart of our work, we’ll focus on helping you heal from trauma, build stronger relationships, and gain the confidence you deserve.

I know firsthand that therapy works—I’ve seen it change lives, and I’m genuinely invested in each client’s journey. No one wants that stereotypical ‘blank slate’ therapist who just sits back, nods, and scribbles notes. You want someone who truly gets it, who’s right there with you, cheering you on, and that’s exactly the kind of therapist I strive to be.

My Experience

I have been in the healing profession for more than fifteen years. My experience has guided me to where I am today, and continues to provide useful insight and knowledge.

Before opening my practice, I gained experience in diverse settings—working in foster care, early childhood education, and even forensic social work within family court. These roles gave me a deep understanding of complex family dynamics, early development, and the impact of trauma, all of which inform the work I do with clients today.

I'm trained in a variety of evidence-based modalities, including Dialectical Behavioral Therapy, Emotionally Focused Therapy, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, and Advanced Psychotherapy for Perinatal and Postpartum Anxiety and Mood Disorders. My approach is integrative because I believe each client is unique, and therapy should be tailored to meet your specific needs and goals on this journey.

My Values

I have a strong set of values that I bring to each session with my clients.

Feel heard without judgment.
I provide a space to be yourself without consequence.

Our connection matters.
I am relationship-forward with all of my clients and bring a human approach to my therapy practice.

Create change with grace.
I’m comfortable navigating difficult spaces with clients and will encourage you to show empathy for both yourself and others.

Laughter is important.
I like bringing humor to my practice. I’m not afraid to joke around with my clients and I don’t take myself too seriously.
